Coach Joshua has been training in the martial arts since 1994. In his past training he has competed in kickboxing and Taekwondo. During that time he had been a state champion and competed at both the national and international level.
Coach Joshua has been a student at Martin Academy since 2009, where he continues to develop his skill set in a variety of arts. Along with developing as a martial artist and instructor, Coach Joshua has worked with children as a teacher at the Gap School for seven years. His patience, quiet discipline and technical requirement will help the children of Martin Academy in their martial arts development as well as skills for every day living.
Currently, Coach Joshua teaches the advanced Thai Boxing, the CSW, BJJ classes as well as being the main instructor for the Little Leaders and Jr. Leaders Jeet Kune Do program. Coach Joshua’s open mind, excellent attitude and drive to educate himself in other areas will push his and your skill level to the next level.
