KETTLEBELLS

Imagine a black bowling ball with a suitcase handle on it. A Kettlebell is a big hunk of iron that comes in several sizes, from 8 lbs to 97 lbs and more. In addition, to giving you incredible muscular endurance when done in high repetitions, with a proper nutrition plan, any excess fat that you have will melt off rapidly. Many exercises will develop rock hard mid-section and increase shoulder flexibility and stability. THAI BOXING DRILLS

Students will train kicks punches, elbows and knees in this calorie burning program that has proven very effective outside the ring and has been used in many self – defense systems. Thai training methods develop devastating power, speed and superb cardio-vascular endurance as well as fighting spirit. Muay Thai training is also quite safe thanks to pad training that evolved to keep fighters healthy between fights. Using pads, focus mitts and no-nonsense training methods, kicks, punches, knees and elbows are practiced full power and without holding back.
