Foundations of Martial Arts


The FOUNDATIONS CLASS is the road beginning students start on. Foundations teaches you the basics and proper form of punching, kicking knees and elbows. In addition, the student also learns the proper way to hold focus mitts and Thai pads.  After 4 – to 6 months, depending on the individual person’s ability, the student is able to then move on to Thai class and move at a faster pace with good foundation.

Besides  the basics of Thai Boxing, students will learn a small amount of grappling as well as Filipino Martial Arts of Kali. Then if a student decides later on to attend Kali,  Combat Submission Wrestling or JiuJitsu programs they will have had the basics for getting into the class.
